omg... now the whole 'whole' knows *crys* what should i do now? act as if i don't know everything... this is freaking embarrassing... it totally destroyed my self-ego... and 'they' obviously don't know what is going on between us... alcohol drives people mad... anyway... met up with sydney, gary and sam last night... was supposed to meet them at 7pm for dinner... apparently i was very late and only turned up at 9pm... so we went to esplanade
later in the night... janice and edward came to pick me up... then we headed to momo... it was some carnival...
left the club quite early... and went 'mummum' with cash, rachel, jacky, chris and 3 others... what do you do when someone who is left in the dark gets close to you... in a situation whereby his friend, his 'old' rivals, his ex are your friends and with the fact that it includes someone special within your heart? ((sexydear promised he won't abuse big xiao dai =) ))
On Christmas... Janice and I went to Saint James Power Station... wanted to go to taboo initially... cos everywhere else was closed... i expected taboo to be open cos it was open the previous yr 'Boxing Day'... so i called jerry to make sure if taboo is open... just then we realised one year has just flew past... i did the flyer together with jerry for taboo's 'boxing day' last yr... anyway, unfortunately taboo is not open... so he suggested powerhouse... gays' nite but we ended up in dragonfly. oh my... the club was filled with aunties and uncles. Last night, i was out clubbing with Janice at momo...
Today, someone asked me if i' m a lesbian. My instant reaction was 'WAD? My sexual orientation is definitely straight'. He explained that he went through my Friendster pictures and there wasn't a single picture taken with guy friends... then he read through my testimonials and most of them were written by my girlfriends with 'miss you... love you... ~~', so he started to wonder if i am a lesbian. LOL. Hmm... things might start to get a lil' complicated... but i think avoidance might be the best solution. ((Was hoping to see someone last night... but he didn't appear... sometimes it makes me wonder why say certain things to make me happie when in the end it's not going to come true.. it only makes me sadder. But i guess i'm still a lucky girl... there's always someone else to make me smile at the end of the day. Thanks for your invitation and thanks for offering help for my party =).))
i'm back again darlings! i haven't been updating regularly... still waiting for more pics from my aunt's cam went to jiuzhaigou and chengdu for 8 days... it's -3 to -6 degrees over there... i wore like 4 layers of clothes plus 1 or 2 outer windbreaker... super kiasu... but i have no choice... i looked terribly bloated in some of the pics... the second day... at jiuzhaigou... i cried... cuz i forgot to wear socks and wore only one layer of thin stocking... my toes got frost bite... was so pain that i couldn't walk...
This big white animal is called 'mao liu'. I felt so pain for this pretty white fur animal... it is pulled around using a ring that hooked into its nostrils *ouch*
Got to see different kinds of animals along the road... and we saw wild horsies.
Drank that small bottle of yucky Chinese medicine. It's to prevent headaches, ear pressures as we travel higher on the mountain.
PANDA! I bought that huge panda home. No la.. siao!... i was kidding... but i bought a small one... hee. Very cute.
The scenery there was simply amazing... every scenic area look very much like a fantasy... it was a tortuous week though... due to the unbearable weather and horribly oily food.
There are 5 colours in the water... that's why it's called 'wu cai ci'. The lake is extremely clear...
The lakes there are all starting to freeze...
Waterfalls! Somehow those waterfalls lightened my heart and made me feel a lil' more refreshed... it felt as if my sadness and worries were washed away.
The 'giant' in the middle is super tall... 2.2 m. I would probably reached slightly above his sword if i stand next to him. Eeeee... so scary.
The baby is so adorable... but so pitiful... hav to endure the cold weather all day long. We bought almost all the pears and half of the oranges on the cart, so that they can return home earlier. Even though the Chinese performance looks very cheena, it was very entertaining. Most of the pics and videos are with my aunt. I enjoyed the hand shadow one most. The performer did many different kinds of animals using his hands with sounds. My camera only had space for one movie clip...
Look at that panda bear... it can even sleep on the tree so comfortably.
It was shopping time! Bought a few stuffs for winter.
We went to the Dead Sea region for 2 days... it's a spa place. So we went to the indoor pool and 'soaked' ourselves in that 40 degrees celsius pool. The room was quite spacious as compared to the other hotels we stayed during the trip.
That's all for now... will try to post more photos when i receive them...
NEVER TRUST THOSE BASTARDS IN SIM LIM SQUARE... my naive sister and her bf got cheated by this shop called "Mobile Hut"... yst they went to there to buy a digi cam... initially they wanted to get the sony cybershot t10 but this indian shop owner persuaded them to get a samsung model... and convinced them that it's a very good camera... he claimed that samsung is better than sony... and told them all the pros of samsung and the cons of sony. under his damn influence, my silly sister and her bf went ahead and purchased it at $577.50. when i found out that she bought the samsung, it was too late... i did one IT event and found out that samsung was one of the most problematic brand. anyway... my sister tried to bring back to the shop to change it... that indian bastard refused to change and claimed that he do not have any more stock for t10... so in the end he promised my sister that he will bring in the stock for her today. And if she's not happy with the samsung camera, she can bring it back within 3 days... and they will refund her the full amount. so in the end she brought the camera home... the moment the battery was low... the camera hang for quite a long time... then shut off... and the lens did not retract. which stupid camera switch off without retracting the lens back? My sister and her bf brought the camera back to the shop today... that bastard went back on his words and refused to exchange for her the t10... he threatened them that if they want to change... he will give them a second-hand set... so they requested for a refund... upon seeing them young... he refused to refund full amount and say he will only refund 70% of the amount. that bastard refunded my sis $400 and my silly sis accepted the cash from him. i called my sister and found out about this... so in the end, my dad drove my mum and i down to sim lim to settle that prob. we asked that fucking indian, "Didn't you promised them you will exchange the camera for them?" that bloody Indian bastard actually replied all this... "why should i tell you what i say... you are not my customer... and did i write down in black and white?"... "so what if you got people... i also got people here!"... "go and call the police or report to case if you want" so this is how ugly Singaporeans can be... no wonder the ranking of Sg's customer service has drop tremendously... thanks to this kind of bastards who has no sense of business etiquette. anyway... we called the police in the end... but we didn't manage to get the rest of the money back because once my sister accepted the cash... it simply means she agreed. she had the mindset that taking the $400 was better than nothing. the police told us to be careful if we ever want to purchase electronic goods from sim lim... cos it has a very bad reputation of cheating. it was a lesson to my sister who was so stubborn... look at what happened time and again... how can one help for not being a racist? oh yah... please avoid this store call "Mobile Hut"... which is located on the second level of SLS... i found many bad reviews about this particular store... every review says "AVOID" and "BEWARE" these are only 'some' of the reviews...
Review 1 Review 2 Review 3 Review 4 Review 5 Review 6 Review 7 On a happier note... my dad bought another property at sixth avenue... district 10... but again... it's for investment... at first i thought he was just kidding... but in the end it was for real. shits... i'm flying off again in another few hours' time... i haven't even pack my luggage!!! have to go now... bye darlings... will be back on Christmas eve... ((teddy misses you too =( ... y did teddy feel a state of anxiety and heartache when baby told her he was already drunk? sigh...))
met up with janice for dinner and shopping last evening... went to sakae sushi at heerens... later, we walked over to cineleisure... but most of the stores were closed by then... so we left and wanted to head home... on the way to somerset station... it suddenly struck me that it's ladies' night at music underground... the last time we went there was more than one and a half year ago... so in the end we decided to check it out and see how much have the place changed. the place didn't change much though... but the music was damn good initially... until the dj start spinning techno... the oldies... there were only a few girls at the dancefloor... we spent most of our time laughing... imitating their actions... damn funnie... you see people dancing thai dance, salsa and doing aerobics with techno music... then a group of china girls held each other's waist in a row, faced down and shook their head vigorously, with the first girl clinging onto the pillar... another girl who was in shorts, big t-shirt and slippers was on the bar top... the people there are kinda weird... lol... i think that place can help to relieve stress. And i really think the dj who spins r&b there is superb =) ((was i ever there dear?... dun gimme anymore false hope... tired, so tired ))
darlings!!! i'm back finally!! in short, i was having a shopping holiday... i spent all my 12 days shopping, from day to night... and spent more than 3k just on shopping. hongkong never fails to satiate my desire for shopping... went to shenzhen for a few days... the things there are really really cheap... but have to take effort and bargain cos d sales person will name a cut-throat price initially. and in the end they will offer 1/2 or even 1/4 of the initial price. Did hair extension there... but it wasn't a very pleasant experience... lazy to go into details... ask me if u wanna know. Nevertheless... I want to go shenzhen again! anyway.... i didn't post the things i bought online during the trip... becos the wireless internet wasn't working... and it got to a point whereby i bought too many things... so much that i don't have the time and ability to take, upload and post. sorry darlings. as usual, i'm a terrible, horrible, but incredible shopper... i went to hk with only half a hard luggage filled... and returned home with 3 huge 28'inch luggages and 2 hand carry luggages, As expected, my luggages exceeded the weight limit as expected. So while waiting for my turn to check-in, approached a Caucasian who had the most minimal luggage and asked if we could check-in together... and he agreed! i'm a lucky girl =) alrite... i'll show some of the things i bought... these are only 2/3 of what i bought... lol.
dresses, skirts, shorts, jeans, jacket, sweater, long-sleeve tops, dress coat, pants, clubbing wear i love them to bits... most of them have 'that' glamour style... but they ain't the best buys in terms of price... not at all =( i've got 3 new caps... 3 new belts... *bling bling* and a few accessories... didn't managed to get as many as the previous trip =( i bought loads of lingerie... and i don't know why i bought so many especially nighties, when i don't have a bf to parade for! but i'm so in love with them. i've 8 new pairs of boots... a couple of them for work... and some for holiday and casual wear. i bought 6 pairs of heels... and i'm really regretting for not buying more... ARGH! these 2 wu gui is probably are probably the ones that makes my shopping trip a happy one... they are sooo cute... can't help to smile whenever i look at them... lalalaaa... i'm keeping the girl girl... and giving someone the boyboy... the girl girl is so sweet... got pretty eyelashes and pink ribbon... muack. btw, they are the gigantic ones, not the small ones u see in sg... and i really can't imagine that i actually carried them all the way from fa yuen street back to hotel and back to sg... 8 streets away... they are soooo heavy!
i went to the salon in hk again... becos my hair was in a mess... and i ended crying in the salon... cos i felt so cheated again... it's not the money... but it's the feeling of being cheated twice... over the same problem ='( my hair is the most expensive thing i spent on during the trip... $400 =( that's all for now. miss you all loads!
i'm in hongkong! bought some stuff just now... though not very cheap... in fact quite ex... cos shopped at tsim sha tsui... bought one gold eye glitter from skin food... after pay le den realised is S$30... but nvm la.. the store nvr carry that particular one... it was the first thing i bought =) den bought one long sleeved dress and one long sleeved top... i only brought 4 tops here... whahahaa... cuz i planned to buy all my clothes here. i'm so lazy to post wad i bought today... will try to post tmr... check out My Retail Therapy for the next few days... [pls view the site using Internet Explorer instead of Mozilla... coz i dunno what's wrong with my codes]
omg... i very tired le... haven really sleep... club with my darlings till 5am plus... headed home.. did last minute packing... and left for the airport 8.30am and the stupid airplane was so uncomfortable... couldn't sleep well... my eyes are closing le...
