Last Sunday...
met up with my dear girls for Christmas lunch...
we had lunch at Suki Sushi... the one at cineleisure...
the buffet included the premium plates...
we decide to forgo those sushi with rice...
ordered 4 plates of salmon sashimi and scallop sashimi...
instead of serving in separate plates...
the salmon slices were piled up together... as well as the scallop...
the portion looked really scary...
gina and i ordered Ika Tempura...
and the usual way they serve it elsewhere is different...
it usually comes in small sticks...
but here they serve it as one whole ika...
which makes it rather difficult to eat... so unglam :(

my relatives came to my house for Christmas celebration...
dearie was invited too :)

dearie say...i always lie on his lap whenever we watch DVD at my place...
then i always complain very cold... and use the pillow to cover myself.
(my living room sofa is of the same colour combination)

i love musical jewellery boxes... Thanks dear!
but dearie doesn't know i actually have a collection of jewellery boxes...
he thought i don't own any because i always leave my blingblings on the desk...
but i always dream to own a glass one with a girl dancing.

Last Wednesday...
we went to powerhouse...
sunday night...
lawrence, his mum and i went to Xian De Lai at Bukit Timah for steamboat...
the variety of food there is very much better than Tian Tian Huo Guo.
After the steamboat,
lawrence and i went to marina south for bowling.
Before we started playing,
we were told that the place will be closed down from today onwards...
which means it was the last day of superbowl at marina.
Even the steamboat restaurants in marina south will be closed down in one or two weeks' time.
:( which means no more prawning, no more arcades
(one of the arcades that has the most stuff toy grabbing machines), no more steamboat and no more bowling at marina south anymore!
one less fun place on this tiny island.

the mighty lawly and his superball...
the gentle (not weak ok!) fransca and her superball...
our scores (blurred scores on purpose... hee)
All these will be replaced by big huge casinos in time to come...
our rented pairs of bowling shoes... so cute right...
reminded me of my secondary school uniform!
Our first and last experience at Marina Superbowl!
The game wasn't exactly exciting...
but it was the company of my dear boy that made me a happy girl :)

Exams are overrrr :)
I've been very lazy to blog...
nothing exciting happened...
but I've been quite a happie girl the past few days...
all things seem to go the right way...
except one or two.
I didn't really studied for exams this time round...
kept procrastinating because there was ample time between the exam papers...
instead of being diligent and locked myself in the room like what I used to do during exam periods... i kept digressing.
gossiped with siqi in the school library while 'studying'...
watched DVDs and called for MacDonald delivey...
lawrence cycled and I rollerblade out to buy supper...
(but in the end I sat behind dearie on the bicycle...
he said that I am very heavy :(
i was so worried that the tyres would go flat before we could reach the food court)
i was already in holiday mood before exams ended.
But anyway it's over! So now just focus on enjoying my holiday!
I only have one pathetic month of vacation :(
I need to work! Assignments please...
I really want to travel to lots of places.
I really want to go for spa treatments.
And I really really want my speedy 30(sss) from LV.
Anyway... was working with my dear girl at Raffles House at Fort Canning...
I was really late for work...
luckily the security guard allowed lawrence to drive all the way up...
janice had to walk all the way up... when I heard I panicked...
I couldn't imagine running up in heels... the route was so long.
Work was quite good... except that the both of us were 不 爽 over something.
While waiting for our boyfriends to pick us up...
took a couple of pictures...
the next day... lawrence drove me to work again :)
this time was at regent hotel...
it was a corporate masquerade event...
quite a number of the employees came in very flamboyant costumes with masks.
the organizer prepared a nice and elaborated peacock mask for me to put on.
was working with jerlynn...
after work... lawrence, his mum and I went to the airport to pick his bro up...
had dinner at fish & co. at the airport while waiting for his brother...
but in the end his brother waited for us for almost 2 hours...
because lawrence thought his brother told him to wait at terminal 2.
we didn't know how to drive over to terminal 1...
we got lost! cus we accidentally exit to the expressway...
ended up at some changi business district...
we couldn't find our way back to the airport...
i think it was partly my fault... but the signboards were not reliable at all!
I am not trying to push the blame to signboards...
but I am serious... the signboards are useless...
it says... "TERMINAL 1, 2 & 3"... but there is no other road leading to them...
it led us directly to the expressway! aiya whatever.
yesterday... we went to 天 天 火 锅 to eat steamboat...
felt kind of cheated....
the food variety was already very limited...
yet they claimed that they didn't have prawns and fishes anymore.
but anyhow we agreed to it cus we really wanted to try...
and they said they will waive off the soup charge of $10.
When we were going to order...
i realised it's actually not reasonable at all cus they still charge $20 per person...
and they are only left with toufu, pork liver, pork fillet and beef fillet on the menu.
That's all!
what pissed me off was that they claimed that the prawns are out of stock...
yet they still serve those people who came earlier with prawns
(cus their soup charge of $10 not waived)...
we got cheated :(
they were just trying to save cost...
the cost price of soup is much lower than prawns and fishes.
On a happier note... I'll be going to bangkok again!
this time with lawrence...
from the 4th to 9th January.
Really looking forward to it...
I must go back to healthland for spa!
hope it will be a pleasant trip :)
Was planning to go to...
shenzhen --> macau --> hongkong
with lawrence in late january.
cus he'll be having his darts competition there...
and it falls on my birthday :(
but due to some arrangement problems...
i don't think i'll be going already :(
it's going be a lonely birthday this year again...
i really don't understand why does the same thing happen to me year after year...
first it was j*... then it was w*...
and now lawrence :(
can't i have my boyfriend by my side on my birthday for once *sobs*
seems like God like to play a joke on my birthday...
it's not April fools' day!
sigh... every girl's top wish in a wishlist are things like diamonds, gucci, lv...
but my first wish is "I just want my loved one to be by my side..."
