STEP 1: Prepare all ingredientsIngredients needed:
- Spare ribs for stock

-Japanese curry sauce mix

-Carrots, potatoes, large onions, seasoned beef
(alternatively, you may use chicken)
STEP 2: Boil the spare ribs till the consistency you want.
I'm not exactly sure of the consistency too cus it's my first attempt at this.Remove spare ribs after boiling.
STEP 3: Fry the onions
STEP 4: Add in the potato and carrots.
P.S. Potatoes and carrots take very long to be thoroughly cooked. You may want to deep fry the potatoes instead and boil the carrots beforehand. This was a problem encountered cus my potatoes took too long too soften. Dar's mum tell me to try deep frying the potatoes the next time round. As for carrots, if you like the soft kind then I suggest that you boil it beforehand. I didn't boil it beforehand, but it turned out crunchy and very sweet. Conclusion: I will deep fry the potatoes for the next attempt. STEP 5: Add in the stock that you've prepared earlier using the spare ribs.Allow it to simmer till potatoes and carrots are cooked.
STEP 6: Add in the curry sauce mix
and stir it till the sauce mix melts and blends evenly.Add in sugar, pepper and salt to taste
(as according to your own taste and judgment).
Allow the curry to simmer till it thickens.
STEP 7: Serve it while hot! Enjoy!
